The Great Consumer Expectations study offers guidance for retailers as they plan their 2018 strategies. The study is based on a survey of 1,117 retail shoppers. Questions focused on what they expect from retailers today and in the future. The expectations are high but, for those who get it right, the reward can be greater than ever.
